JC Mockups is an online store that sells digital mockup templates and related digital design resources.
All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.
2. Eligibility

All products are provided in digital format only.
Product descriptions, previews, and specifications are intended to accurately represent the purchased files. Minor differences in colors may occur due to monitor settings.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are processed immediately after successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized payment, or misuse is suspected.
5. Digital Delivery
After payment has been successfully completed, your purchased files will be available for download immediately through your account and/or via email.
It is the customer's responsibility to download and safely store purchased files.
6. Intellectual Property
All mockups, graphics, templates, previews, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of JC Mockups.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the files according to our License Agreement. Ownership of the files is never transferred.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the original files.
- Share purchased files with others.
- Upload products to file-sharing websites.
- Claim our products as your own work.
- Include our original files in products for resale.
8. Pricing
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Price changes do not affect orders already completed.
9. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
JC Mockups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Panama unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the customer.
